How do I get used to working for a new company at the bottom of the chain?

I recently relocated to a different city, a more expensive city compared to the one I used to live in. Once I arrived here, I decided to apply for jobs within the industry I have experience in so that I was able to get some type of offer in this economy. That meant applying to positions that I was well over-qualified in. I had to bring in some type of income and FAST. I was able to get a position at a local credit union. Perfect. I have tons of experience in credit unions and I loved working at my last one. UNFORTUNATELY, I have gone from being Assistant Branch Manager ALL the way down to Member Service Representative which is basically a Teller/Personal Banker. I'm having a hard time getting used to it. Getting used to the new company is hard. Getting used to a handful of management is hard (Rather than just one manager.) I'm sure once I receive my first paycheck and notice the pay cut, that will hit really hard too. Tomorrow is barely my 4th day on the job but I'm kind of dreading it. Can anybody offer any advice? Note: The relocation was absolutely necessary and un-avoidable.
