What questions should I expect in a phone interview with the vice president?

Hello I have a long story to tell! Thanks for your time :-) I have 5 years experience as IT officer in a construction company (IT works inside the company itself), after my fifth year I left to get a Msc in health Informatics. 3 weeksbago I applied for a support advisor position at a goobal healthcare information system company through their website, at another city. two days later, a senior recruiter sent an email asking for a phone call to discuss my opportunities to work wih them. The phone call was around half an hour, he asked few questions about why i chose this industry and my previous experience, then he told me i have to pass two online tests in order to go through interviews, one was a personality test and the other a technical test. Two days after i finished both of them he called me and said that I did very well and a V. P saw my profile and he is interested but he want from me to pass a third online test, it was a professional employment test, I asked him what is the next step if i could pass it, he said you will come to the company office to make series of interviews for a whole day (I read same thing from two people experience on glassdoor) I passed the test, he sent an email and informed me that the same V. P want to interview me through the phone for one hour and we scheduled a time for the call Im wondering why they changed the plan! What questions should I expect in a phone interview with the vice president (specially it will be a first real interview with someone from inside except the recruiter )? Is it normal to start interviewing people from the top?
