Anxiety relief please!?

Dear Yahoo answers My issue with anxiety is fairly new but I am losing the will to live. I don't want to live like this. Ever since the Newtown shooting I have been anxious. I decided I may not want kids, then it went to worry about the economy and unemployment which I worry and stress over daily to the point where I feel sick. I received several Christmas gifts made in China and now I am stressing and worrying over the effects of manufacturing outsourcing to China rather than keeping manufacturing jobs in the US. I am deathly worried about the economy and every time I look to the news or anything for comforting news, it is all gloom and doom and the whole country seems to be on a one way trip to all around poverty and desolation. I am unemployed but hope to return to tech school for summer classes. I live with my parents and worry about their jobs. My mom is a medical collector and I worry that the ACA will put her out of a job. My boyfriend lives in the UK and our only means of contact is the internet. I worry about not being able to see him if my parents lose their jobs and we can no longer keep internet access. I worry so much and I cannot live like this. My only releases are crossword puzzles, sleep, and I found great release in alcohol for the Christmas holiday but I will not embrace it as a long term solution. Someone out there please, please help me. Please give me some hope.

Well luckily Bubba is at Walmart buying ALL of the assault weapons he can - and then they'll lay around at his house along with the 7000 rounds of ammo he bought - and some neighbor kid can steal all this. And it's all perfectly legal. Nice, hu?
