How to get a job as a physical therapy aide?
I've been volunteering at a VA hospital for observation hours but I want to get some experience at a private clinic, also getting paid would be nice. I don't know what to do when I call a clinic though. 1) Who do I ask for? I've read to ask for the CCCE but I've also read to ask for the office manager 2) What do I say when I get on the line with them or if they're unavailable and I have to leave a message? 3) What kind of hours would they expect me to work? I can only do thursday mornings or any time friday because of my class schedule, is that enough? 4) Do you have to be cpr/aed certified? If yes, is there a cheap way to renew my certification, mine expired in 2011.
