Does any one know a good website to learn about transistors?

I'm a junior electrical engineering student. I just finished a course on electronic devices in which me learned about diodes, BJTs, and MOSFETS. I'm taking digital electronics next semester and was told the best was to prepare for it is to master BJTs and MOSFETS. I dont think my textbook does a good job explaining them so I was wondering if anyone could hook me up with a website link that explains what they are what they're used for, examples of them in circuit analysis and so on. SO this way I can be more prepared for digital electronics.
