Is Ladywell Designs Ltd run by Elaine McGonigle who defrauded the Sick Kids Hospital, Edinburgh?

I've heard that Ladywell Designs Ltd, the Tweed bag company was set up and is owned by Elaine McGonigle, the former Fundraising Director for the new pyjamas campaign of the sick kids hospital in Edinburgh. She has a track record of poor performance and misconduct in other high profile jobs, and when challenged/'suspended counter claims harassment. I'd never buy from this company if its be case.
