Teens: Top 6 films, and what are they about?

Top 6 for unconventionality...a recurring theme of mine in these. Here's my list as of now (they change around some, as you see with blank #3, but this is only final as of Jan. 2013): 1. Wilde (1997, starring Stephen Fry - a beautiful biopic on the famous playwright, focusing on his work, his home, and the secret love affair with fellow writer Lord Alfred "Bosie" Douglas that shocked Victorian London into confronting its own bigotry) 2. Annie Hall (1977, Woody Allen & Diane Keaton - the unconventional love story between confused comedian Alvy Singer and quirky, ditzy, drug-addicted and clinically depressed Annie Hall, as they tackle each other's personal issues, former loves, crazy relatives, and just plain living in New York) 3. ...(undecided)... 4. The Man Who Would Be King (1975, Sean Connery & Michael Caine - based on the Rudyard Kipling story; two ex-solidiers form a plan to be kings of the warring nation of Kafiristan, with epic and eventually tragic results) 5. A Guy Named Joe (1943, starring Spencer Tracy, Irene Dunn, and Van Johnson - a wartime Air Force pilot, Pete, is killed in service before he can confess his love to a fellow officer, Dorinda, and he must return to earth as a guardian angel...for Ted, his former rival for her affections) 6. The 7% Solution (1976, Nicol Williamson, Robert Duvall, Alan Arkin and Vanessa Redgrave - a Sherlock Holmes mystery that, while none too popular with some, does take some risks and give us a new side to the famous detective we all know. On one last case, Dr. Watson persuades/tricks Holmes into meeting with leading psychologist Dr. Sigmund Freud, in order to cure him of his secret long-term cocaine addiction and to join forces in order to solve another puzzle of Moriarty's involving a kidnapped actress) BQ: If you have time to answer, why exactly DO you like them?
