Am i likely to land a job as an electrical engineer if i do an apprenticeship in college?

i am 23 and don't want to waste too much time in college, in my local college they do apprenticeships for various things and i want to do what i mentioned in the question. There are literally no jobs where i live just a few minimum wage jobs and i have been unemployed for over a year because there are so many people applying for even the worst jobs in my area. i don't want to go to college and come out afterwards with no job because then i will be older and wasted more time.

The only way you can get a job as an electrical engineer is to have that degree. You may be able to be an assistant with an apprenticeship, but you will never be the one in charge. I would suggest you move so you have better job opportunities.
