Have the Tories strayed into genocide against welfare claimants?

I am getting regular reports, offline and on Facebook, about benefit claimants committing suicide over 'fit-for-work' assessments by ATOS (UNUM), a company banned in several US states. Have the Tories strayed into genocide against welfare claimants?

unreliable sources, why aren't news media picking these up, but even if true it hardly rates as genocide
