How can I be a commentator?

I am now 25, studying M.Sc in a field of Computer Science. But to be honest I hate studying. I really really love sports, especially football and cricket. Unfortunately I never had much chance or talent of pursuing a career in sports and as I am from a third world country with a poor financial background I had to chose a field of study which gives you more chance of a job. Nonetheless, I love listening to commentary, my favorite is(or was) Tony Greig in cricket and Marin Tyler in football and I really love analyzing and thinking in very deep detail about every match I watch. After watching years of matches, now I seem to predict very rightly who is going to be a big star from the youngsters I see at the first time. These days I can even predict which player would suit the best in which position like I did in case of David Luiz(4/5 months ago I thought they should play him as CDM, and now eventually they do it). Btw, I am not a Chelsea fan :D. So, at this age of 25 I think I should at least try to do something what I love. I would really love to pursue a career in Football commentary. Can you tell me how I can plan for this? What approach should I take? Just want to notify you one thing as I think it could be important: I now live in a non-English speaking first world country and I am new here so I don't speak it's language.
