How to tell if a job advertisement in the Pennysaver is legitimate?

When I got home from class today, I got the mail and flipped through the Pennysaver. I am looking for a part time job at the moment. Preferably a caregiver or teacher's aide position. So, I was flipping through and found an advertisement for a part time caregiver at a home for Developmentally Disabled Adults in my town. It just said to call if interested, and left a number and name. I called, and it was probably a land line. An automated voicemail came up. You know the "Sorry, we are not able to take your call, leave a message at the tone." But it was an automated voice, not someone's recorded voice. I left a voicemail stating the message was for the name listed, that I was interested in the position that I found in the Pennysaver, and left my callback number. I am just a little nervous because this is my first time going through the Pennysaver for a job. And I know there are obvious scams in there. So does this one sound okay? How long should I wait to hear from her? And if I don't hear from her, do I try calling again? If so, when? I called her around 4pm today.
