How do I turn down a full time job without ruining my potential for that job in the future?

I wasn't sure how to phrase the question. I currently work for a life insurance company and am receiving tuition reimbursement for an accounting degree. If I leave the company within two years of receiving it, I have to pay it back. There aren't lot of accounting job openings at my job, so I contacted a small CPA firm about seasonal openings to start gaining experience and to get my foot in the door for later on. They don't have any openings, but he wants me to come in and see about working a few hours for seasonal help while I finish up my degree (will be done in May). Then maybe full time after that. I didn't expect the conversation to get to that point. Now I'm scared because I don't want to tell him I don't want full time yet because of the tuition reimbursement. But I don't want to ruin future potential jobs. I guess maybe if it pays enough, it would be worth paying back the tuition. Should I mention that I don't want to leave my job because of tuition reimbursement? I'm not sure what to do! The seasonal job would be in addition to my regular full time job.

Seasonal help. A bit of filing, copies, etc during their tax season. Then, you are out of a job. So... not worth it.
