What job can you get abroad if you have firm background in learning English?

My native languages are Russian and Ukrainian. Your possibilities are hindered by employers, especially if you are showing talent, ambition, eagerness to work. There are no employment laws in our country. If you have some kind of work history with a company with good attitude of colleagues who admit your willing to work, your aptitude, it won't help you to get employement further. It works against you on the contrary. After few years when you come to a company, people tell absolutely negative things about you: you are absolutely unqualified, ignorant, people do not like you, they are not willing to work with you. They are giving me qualifying tests, I'm coping with it 100% and anyway they say whatever your skills and talents, we just do not want you. Once on phone I was told that my apperiance is not appropriate, I'm physically disgusting. - That was a person who had never seen me. Other employers say that speaking foreign language is absolutely nothing, even a secretary can and she can also make coffee. To master English is taken for granted by them. I ve been studying English for 15 years. Graduate linguist. I was exploring subtle nuances of English. I dont have gaps in basic knowledge. All I have to do is to apply it. English is my passion. I always dreamed to associate my future activity with it. In our country if you want to get janitor's job , you will have to bribe. Am I really worse than a janitor? I failed to find appropriate category for the question I'm not upset in a slightest way. I just cannot implement my potential My specialty is field language

No jobs in that field for you. Non-native but fluent speakers of a foreign language, e.g. English, might find jobs teaching English in... More
