Is setting up a yahoo messenger for a job interview legit?

When looking for a job, have you ever been asked to setup a yahoo messenger for a job interview? I have gotten a few of these: "We would like interview with you to discuss the job detail, pay scale, benefit and briefing about the opening in our company. This is an immediate hire position therefore the interview will be from Monday till Friday (ASAP) from 8am to 4pm. Set up a Screen name with yahoo Instant Messenger online." I have yet responded to these and would like to know if anyone has set up a yahoo messenger I have yet responded to these and would like to know if anyone has responded and what their experience have been and if it's a scam

Go for it anyways. Its not like your setting it up for a girl right or a date or anything. Your setting it up for an interview. We live in this new generation where interviews will be online soon. Don't stress, just do it. Good luck
