What do you think I should do?
I worked for a BPO for more than 3 years. It was a good paying job. My performance was good and I never received a warning letter for performance. Suddenly, in the last few months I started getting low scores for my calls (low scores are given by Quality dept, they listen to recorded calls and give marks for calls..if the score is below 90 out 100, it is a low score). So, I started getting back to back low scores and I was fed up and asked for a transfer to other dept as there was vacancy in other dept and they needed people for that dept. I spoke with HR manager and Group leader and even Assistant Manager but my transfer was declined. The HR manager said that she spoke with the management of my dept and that told her that I wanted a transfer because of low scores and they could not let anyone go as they required people. I was okay with my salary getting reduced but still I was declined. My process knowledge was very good and others used to ask me for help if they had any issues on calls but still I was getting low scored. My Group Leader told me that the other dept will not take me and opening were closed for that dept(she did not even inquire, I knew there were openings). 2-3 days after my request, I got my 4th low score and was just asked to leave the company and I had to resign. My 3 years went in waste. I agree I was getting low scores but 2 of the low scores which I received was not even my fault (management and training dept was not providing updated as to what needs to be done on calls)..Did I deserve this?? Should I send an e-mail to the CEO of the company and tell him all about this? It has been more than a month since I am unemployed and I don't know what to do. Please advise me. It's difficult for me to get a new job as employers do not hire people who have been thrown out from their previous company.

You can apply to some new vacancy just for getting some idea about your demands to another company. This can change your thought. Before that you should consult with your Boss or some friends about how to satisfied the company.
