Am I behing scammed here?

Is this a scam? I live in Los Angeles, and a guy in Rhode Island wants me to set up 6 laptops for him. Then he sent me this email about wire transfer and a buch of other things that I am not understanding. Can you make sense of this? Here is the tracking numbers i got at the fedex office(XXXXXXXXXXXXX) You can track online using the link below so you can make yourself available at time of delivery. Once you have the check, deposit it and when it clears (which shouldn't take more than a day or two according to my bank), you will be sending the shipping agent the shipping money I added up to enable them make necessary pick up and delivery arrangement so you don't have to spend on shipping. Please you are to deduct your money for the item purchased and send the balance to the movers through Western Union money transfer who will later come for the pickup immediately they confirm the cash payment via Western Union, However, I'm sorry for the inconveniences this might cause you but i'd want to assure you that you can also take out $100 for the long wait and run-around to the Western Union. Also remember that Western Union money transfer charges should be deducted from my money. Mover's Details To Send Western Union: Receiver's Name: (XXXXXXX) Receiver's Address: (XXXXXXX) Receiver's City: (XXXXXXX) Receiver's State: (XXXXXX) Receiver's Zip Code: (XXXX) So get back to me with the following information on the Western Union receipt. Senders Name........ Senders Address.... 10 Digit(MTCN)...... Amount sent......... I will appreciate if you can get this done asap and make the transfer Money In Minute soon as its done, scan and email me the western union receipt for record purpose, so i could meet up with the purpose of purchase. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation. Please write back to let me know you get this message. Regards He has sent something to my house and has my address information... Should I be worried? I am not going to send him any money by the way. Im just saying should I cut all communications? - Worried here
