Need a part time job through my home. Are the inbound call rep positions advertised on craigslist legit?

I am always so scared of getting involved in a scam when I see it posted on computer on different sites. I see companies advertising for Inbound call Rep's needed to do the job through your home and computer. Also the Earn4referreferral program. Anyone with some knowledge about these different jobs please let me know what you think. Thanks!
