Why employees do not take their job seriously on Sundays ?

Ground staff did not cover the whole ground. They didnt use rollers and drying efforts were below for an international match. But why?

Probably they felt lazy on Sunday. They have been very inaccurate. CA with all of their resources and money should have hired better employees and should have used the technology to speed up the ground recovery progress after the rain... More

That's a part of the "home advantage" . Bangladeshis are worse, a reputed bangladeshi umpire once admitted that BCB tells the local umpires to be lenient to bangladeshi batsmen in lbw calls and be erratic for the same when its an opposition batsman.

They did their job, and if you listen to the commentators, the ground was playable. Why the international officials chose to stop play, despite both captains wanting to proceed, is something of a mystery.
