How to become a video game tester?

My dream is to become a video game designer for a big company such as Dice or EA, but in order to do this i will need to start small. I am turning 18 in a few weeks and i want to get into a video game testing job. I have an Xbox 360, gaming PC, internet, time and the drive to do this but i do not know how to get this job as of now. How can i get this job?
