What to wear to job interview/Turning in job applications?

I am a 18 year old girl, 5'1. Just wondering what I should wear to an interview or interview group. I don't want to wear anything that's too business like. I've applied at petco and have a group interview what would I wear there? Also ill be turning in my application and talking to the manager at the same time at a tanning salon and I have no idea what to wear, casual or business?. Please Help! I've been looking hard for a job with really no experience , only a couple months of customer service expierence But am a hard worker! So any tips, Thank You!
