What should I say during their next call to get the job at my ideal salary?
During a positive interview, I mentioned that I have another interview (lie) for a similar perm Sales job paying £10k more. The company will get in touch after my other interview on Thursday to get some feedback. They need to discuss my interview this wk first. No offer has been made, I did not discuss the salary. I am the only candidate (found the company) and they need someone to replace a Sales person who left last Friday. What should I say during their next call to get the job at my ideal salary (salary on the market? Should I speak to the recruiting Directors instead of the Sales Manager to negotiate the salary? I want this job.
