What to expect from an interview with Holiday Inn?

Hello Basically I have an interview with my local holiday inn tomorrow morning for full time receptionist and I am really really excited and nervous. It would be great for me to get this job as I am currently an apprentice receptionist and that is due to end soon, which will mean in this recession I will have no job as I have already been told that they will not keep me on after the apprenticeship ends. It will also mean on a monthly basis I will be earning double what I earn right now. Also I would really love to work in a hotel and be the front of house receptionist. So really I would like to prepair for my interview so if anyone has had an interview with holiday inn or a hotel/ branch that is similar for a receptionist could you please help me out by letting me know how the interview process works. What questions do they asked you? if you have to do role play interviews? this job just means so so much to me it would be the icing onto of the beginning on a really good new year!! The only interviews I have had were for my apprenticeship and shop jobs so really I want to be prepaired and the best to show how capable I am for the position. please help.. p.s i am sorry for the long piece of writing I just wanted to get across what I need to say! xx
