idk if i should do NCM(networking communication manager) ECT(electronics and computer technology) or CIS?

I attend DeVry University and im 22 years old. I love working with computers. I really like fixing/troubleshooting and maintaining them. ECT is only a bachalors degree. Which I would need to go for the BSTM (bachelor of science technical management) for the bachelors degree. There is a concentration for the CIS degree called Information Systems Security. Which I know CIS has programming in it, but I don't plan on creating websites or anything. I like working with networks but i don't know about strictly working only with networks. Is the ECT with the BSTM best for me? What kinds of jobs would I be getting with all of these majors? and what about long term? I live in New Jersey is its pretty expensive to live/get a house here. Please provide alot of info!!!! thanks so much!!!
