Monitor is interesting as a 1080p IPS type
Motherboard a high end Z77. Very nice.
Use 2 x 4GB 1600 MHz 1.5V DRAM as 8GB instead of 4GB
Great gaming CPU
Excellent graphics IC as GTX 670, but that particular version had too many instability issues.
But, you list fans but no computer case.
Your power supply choice as a low quality local Indian company is questionable.
http://iball.co.in/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductId=67 4 rail power supplies are often unstable.
I can tell already by their lack of information and only 2 PCIe 6 pin and some unknown reported 8 pin that for a 720 watt supply, it is garbage. Looks like best price about 6438 Rs maybe plus shipping.
You need a CPU cooler better than the Intel one to overclock the CPU. If not overclocking it, the i5-3570 or i5-3470 are fine.
If your case fits it, Cooler Master 212 EVO is very good and inexpensive, or get a liquid CPU cooler.
You do not show HDD or SSD
One GTX 670 is usually 2 6-pin connects to the power supply, but some are a 6 and 8
They are available with that power supply.
It is usually 170 watts. CPU is 77 watts. Fans and disk drives as you show 6 fans, I would reserve 80 watts. That's 327 watts on 12V, plus 30?or buffer is 425 watts or 36 amps.
I cannot know the power distribution over 4 rails, especially when iBall does not state them, nor which connectors attach to which rail.
The motherboard could need 75 watts GPU, 77 watts CPU, 80 watts fans+drives x 1.3 for 301 watts or at least 25A on the motherboard rail.
Here are a couple of good power supplies that will do the job very well:
