How do I get an accounting job with no accounting experience?

I'm 22 years old, and I have a master's degree in accounting. However, I have no experience working in accounting. Don't tell me to get bookkeeper positions or things of that nature. They all require experience. Everything I've looked at requires at least one year of experience expect for staff accounting positions at public firms, which I have no chance of getting even though I finished school with a 3.75 gpa. So, what can I do to get an accounting job?

Try using your college's alumni database to network and find a job. Hint: Most jobs posted online have already been filled internally and are only online for legal... More
