How do you become a recruitment consultant and what qualifications do you need?
Hello and thanks for looking at my question. I am Jo and when I am 24 years old I would like to become a recruitment consultant. I would have served in the British Army for 6 years in a close protection role and I would have around 9-7 GCSE's and 3 A - levels in Business, English and Media. I am very good with people, I am good at selling things, I am very mature, I am hard working and very well organized!! Do I have the right qualifications to become a recruitment consultant?? In the UK any man and his dog can set up a recruitment agency. All you are doing is placing workers with jobs. Nothing very scientific about that. UK
