Why would you encourage someone to work for state farm insurance?

I have an interview to become a state farm insurance agent and though I'm outgoing friendly and willing to learn, not only do I want to make the switch to office from customer service but I need to know why state farm!! Why do you feel its a great line of work, what represents this insurance company to make it worth switching jobs?

I wouldn't encourage anybody to work for anyone without knowing both the person and the specific opportunity. That being said, State Farm is a good insurance company and the State Farm agents that I know are very happy with their choice.
