SUmmer camp job help!!!!! please!?

applied as a CIT in my camp ive been going to since the smallest age group My mom went there aunts and they all worked there There are 3 age groups i could work with But i can only do one session I got a call back after sending my application saying i was accepted but i was put in after care :0 all my friends are getting the normal full time job and i am extremly sad right know Do you think i should take the job or try and work in a full time program for free because im not doin it for the money at all, ive been waiting for years to become a coucelor and now i cant and ill have to wait till next year, im really sad, its not even a full program its just like...aftercare.. the job no one wants, ill be ike an outcast :(( I also know the director well Should i negotioate? i need an answer by tomoro please

I think you should take what you were accepted for and still pursue what you want the most.
