Military Intelligence Officer or Military Police Officer for FBI career? What major?

I'm a senior in high school and I am planning on doing U.S. Army ROTC to become an officer. I am wanting to major in something along the lines of Criminal Justice or Criminology. I want my Army career to help me with a future career in the FBI. I was told that Military Intelligence and Military Police Officers are great candidates for FBI jobs. I have also considered doing a minor in a foriegn language such as German or Spanish. Do you have any suggestions?
