How do i get health insurance in ma?

i work part time and didnt quaify for masshealth so they told me try celticare or something else instead. i dont make enough to pay for the insurance my job offers, and im only part time so its not even avaible to me. i really am shy on the phone so i dont want to have to call there a way i can do this online? also im single, no kids, and 23 years old.

MA has the highest health insurance rates in the nation. If you can't affford the coverage through your job, it's highly doubtful you'll be able to afford "full price" coverage.

You don't have to date the person on the other end of the phone. Just call and ask as there are certain things that you shouldn't try to do on your own if you don't know what you're doing. Electrical work and plumbing are a couple of those things, but buying insurance is also on that list... More
