Manipal University for MS in comp science for working professionals?

Hello, I am currently employed in a private software company in Bangalore and have been working as a senior software engineer(java/j2ee) since past 3 years. I've been wondering to do a PG course (MS in computer science) in Manipal (not Sikkhim Manipal university) university which is conducted for working professionals and the classes will be conducted during weekends only. Just wanted to know few things before starting. 1) Does the university brand matter? If yes, how is Manipal university? 2) Are there any advantages if I do this in Manipal University? 3) Does holding a PG help in the software industry in the long run? 4) Will any companies like (oracle, apple, microsoft, IBM etc) value this? 5) Does HRs look for these in the resume while offering employies or so? 6) If I want more opportunities for jobs and all which do you recomend other than Manipal? I don't want to do a distance education nor quit my current job to do full time since it's not possible. Please feel free to reply and add anything here. Thank you so much in advance. Ranju
