Are there specialized head hunters that look at your education and resume to help you find a job?

I am a pharmacist. In addition to my Pharm.D., I have a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. In italian from UCDavis. It seems like retail pharmacy (Target, Walmart, Walgreens) is a dead end road for me. It's mostly grunt work and I feel I have more talent than that.
