How to afford out of state tuition?

Hey everyone!! This year i will be a junior in highschool and i have been thinking a lot about college. I live in Michigan but have always wanted to move to California. I want to go to California State University to study psychology, but i worry i wont be able to afford it. Im getting a job this school year and I get mostly A's so im not worried too much about getting accepted, although i know it is competitive. Is it realistic for me to want to move to Cali? Thanks in advance!!

Unless your family has the high income to afford to pay for most (read all) of it, no it is not realistic.
