How to explain reason for leaving on application and in interview?

I got terminated from a job after working for 3 months. There was change in management and I was not pleased with my training before they changed my schedule. They were also not fully training me in other departments as I expected; they thought I didn't have enough self-confidence. HR where I worked says that they don't answer whether you quit or got fired, and they don't answer the question about being re-hireable, so someone I am working with to get a new job has told me not to say I was fired but explain about change in management and they were keeping the new graduates that performed their internship at that hospital. I am a recent graduate; this was my first job and I did my internship elsewhere. However, I would like to explain about how I am not pleased with my training, but how do I word this so as not to sound as I am badmouthing my former employer? Anyway, I feel I wasn't given a fair chance, but am hoping for a better job elsewhere. Please advise me on how to explain my dissatisfaction with my training in a positive way, or I will probably just go with the change in management explanation. Thanks!
