What to wear to a job interview VS a career fair?

So I have a nice white button up shirt, business skirt and pants, and a suit jacket. I'm applying for a software development job and I'm very short and can look young so I'm trying to look adult, yet professional. I'm also attractive so I'm trying not to look too sexy.

For the career fair I'm thinking of wearing just my nice shirt and a skirt with low heels. My reasoning being it's approachable and attractive without going overboard since the career fair hosts are mostly younger male recent grads. I want to be remembered but not intimidating.

For my interviews I was thinking pants, suit jacket (power suit). My reasoning being it'll be older execs and HR people (mostly women) so less sexy with the pants but more powerful with the suit jacket.

What do you think?!

I think your dress pattern is ok and awesome.

Sounds about right. More casual for the job-fair, more conservative for the interview.

I'm taking fashion studies at my high school, and I have already received a number of certificates from it, and I've done a really nice project on the terms of fashion. My teacher keeps saying that I should put these things into my "portfolio". How do I create a fashion portfolio for all these things? So that if I do decide to pursue a career in the fashion industry, I'll already have a portfolio done.

I really want to be a model and i have the best intentions and plans for doing so. I live in St. Louis and i'm 15 years old, so not only am I fresh in the industry but I am also really close to being at the peak of the career's opportune time for the best success - 18 years of age. . I have looked into the different modeling schools around my area for WEEKS now, and all I can find is Barbizon. I know that they are a scam, and they give you false hope for your modeling and acting aspirations before they rip it all away with the demand for a money deposit in their name. I also know that the internet isn't always the best way to get the best results, so results from real people could possibly get a better answer. . So if anyone has any good modeling schools for a HIGH FASHION (NOT COMMERCIAL!) model that is starting out, that would be great! . -- POSSIBLE HELPFUL INFORMATION -- Regarding actual experience... even though i have never been in a show or experienced a fashion shoot, I run a few successful blogs regarding modeling and fashion, and I'm working on a line of high wasted shorts to come out soon. Sure I'm young, but I'm full on ready for the industry. i am 5'7", and yes i have researched that my height is possibly the lowest any business would hire a model with. I am horribly pale and freckly (not too many), with natural dirty blonde hair dyed a brunette with a red tint that my mothers friend (a stylist) recommended would make me look more modelesque - which totally worked! I am skinny, like really skinny - despite being 120 lbs. It's unhealthy for me to be as skinny as a 100 lb model, and with an anorexic history, i will NOT be underweight. I will get as low as i can with being fit, healthy, and strong. it's not like I'm some newbie, i am great with angles and i have my walk down pat. People have come up to me and asked who im working with and if i'm a model, so whatever I'm doing is obviously working. I just want to go to a modeling school so I will not only be able to tone my skills, but possibly get referred by a big modeling company by the age of 18. Please leave any helpful information you may have!
