	Is it best to put a cover letter on a resume when handing it to a job agency? I can understand making a cover letter for a job interview but why do I have to make one for a job agency? I figure that since they are looking for jobs to put me in, I should only give them my resume. I'm asking because I read that you must give them a cover letter but no one explains why I should.
