Reasons for Leaving Job !!!!!!?

I need a valid reason for leaving my job? I left my previous job because my boss was a very difficult person to work with. The company was not a respectable one either. I' ve done my research and i have found these answers : 1- I should never state negative comments about my previous employer during new interviews. 2- I May use the excuse of "looking for a more challenging job, career path, etc" but in my case the problem is I am looking for the same position and responsibilities but at a different firm (Executive Assistant).Career growth is not an option when it comes to the profession of an executive assistant, therefore, a promotion is not available in any company and no career development. 3- I may use the excuse of location problem but I can't due to the fact that my house was located 5 minutes away from the previous company. 4- The company I worked in is clearly stable. it would sound illogical of me to state that it was not. Thank you very much for taking the time to read my question. I would really appreciate if you can help to find a valid reason for leaving my previous job other than the ones mentioned above, I hope I am not too demanding, this is just means a great deal to me.

I don't think it is required of you to have a reason to leave a job. But if you must, you can simply state that this company who is hiring you is paying you more than what you were at the other company... More

How about, you felt you were growing stale at one company and require a change of scenery. Let them know it is not a reflection on them but just that you want something different -- a different focus with the same duties.

If you have any part-time course, studying will be a very good reason for leaving a job.
