Phone interview tips, for someone going through it for the first time?

These will be my first job interviews; all my other jobs were on-campus, and didn't really have an interview process. I have a BS in biology, and these are mostly lab jobs I'm applying to. I have my resumes and such, but I need interview tips. Some jobs have phone interviews first; I've been on some in-person interviews that weren't as bad as I thought they'd be (from what I read); I'm just looking for general tips.

Review the resume you sent in so if they ask you a question about it you don't give an answer that sounds like you lied or exaggerated. Possibly keep an outline of it in front of you with some notes to provide more detail about your qualifications since resumes frequently leave important points out. Possibly have a... More

First off, make sure you have no background noise. (TV, radio) Then make sure your answers are clear and precise. It helps if you are not lounging around while on the phone. Find a nice comfy chair and sit in it straight like you would if you were in the interview.(It shows in your voice) Be confident.
