	I have applied for over 100 jobs I have gotten no calls for a job interview, what can i do? As stated in my question I've applied for multiple jobs and gotten no job interview, you name a place I've applied there. I've said i will work ridiculous hours from like 12am to 5am and nothing. I've said I am willing to work weekends public holidays everything and I have gotten nothing back I am so desperate for money it's not funny. Asked By: Jamie - 1/9/2012

Something has got to be wrong. Do you have a resume? h*********u going dressed to the interviews? I worked in an employment agency and place several people to work but if someone walked in with jeans and shirt, I would think warehouse. If someone made thier attire more presentable, I'd go out of my way to get them more money. Provide more information and email if you'd like. I had that happen! I'm up to 57 applications and 2 interviews and one "we've moved your application forward". Try something in your skill area. If you took a lot of technology classes in HS, look in that field. The big problem with america today is, you need a job to get a job. They don't want people with zero employment history. See if you can give yourself your own job by doing some basic cleaning services, or something of that nature. Or visit the potential employers in person with a convincing attitude instead of playing the numbers game with those dumb applications. I do realize you'll usually be blocked at the door, but try to use some ingenuity. Or write some unique cover letters and deliver them in a big envelope. Answered By: Joe - 1/9/2012

Change your resume? some people tend to "exagerate" when they write their resume. did you apply for a place you know is hiring? or you just asking for applications on every door step? cuz sometimes the person who gave you the application might be a part of the administration somehow and is giving you the "first impression interview" right then and there. so when you do fill them out. go business casual from the start.
