I'm going to go for a job interview that is for a business consulting/ training position which relates to HR and also they require some IT background. This is the first interview and if I'm successful there will be another one with the executives of the company. I'm aware of some of the general interview tips such as wearing a suit and eye contact, smiling and sharp presentation but what else can I do? What are some of the impressive answers to questions like :What your supservisor will say about you or where you see yourself in future or what is your weaknes etc... What can I do/say to really impress the interviewer? Should I take some of my writing samples such as business reports and essays I have done? What about the software programs that I have designed in the past? The only problem is that the softwares will be on the CD and I dont think they would want me to show it to them

What are some good websites to use when searching for employment? I am a recent college grad, so I am looking for entry-level employment. The more and the best quality websites you list, the better. Also, if you can provide any job-searching or interview tips, that would be helpful too.

I have an on-campus interview with an employer I would love to work for. I have been researching interview tips, and one of the most common ones is to write a thank-you note restating your interest in the position. However, I have seen some advice where they recommend you do it immediately after with a pen and paper, and give it to the secretary to give to the interviewer on his way out later that day. I have also seen advice where you should email it to them within the next day. What do you guys think would leave the best impression?
