Can I get some tips on job search and interviews please...?

I've been on the job hunt for about 3 weeks now. Interviews are far and few between, and when I get one the interview seems to go great but I'm never chosen for the job. Can I get some tips on getting my resume to stand out? Secondly, can I also get inteviewing tips. Thanks.

First look for the job you would like to work in, secondly look up on the internet for the factory or place of work and find out what they do there. Third, when the Interviewer ask you about the job, you say you know all about what goes on here, and that you are really interesting to work for this company as your insight will help make the company profit and you want to serve their needs to make the company grow.and the Interviewer will be very impressed. Have a great week~!

After the initial interview, do you write a thank you letter thanking them for the interview? Then, check back with them by phone, asking them if they have made a decision regarding hire. This lets them know that you are interested in the job. Check in to a staffing service to help you with your job search.
