What to wear for a job interview...panel interview?

The position is to work as an inpatient pharmacy technician at Rush hospital (top hospital in the chicago land area) what should I wear? Im 25 years old so I was thinking about wearing black slacks with a black cardigan and a solid color tank top under my cardigan with black flats...is this okay or is it too casual? Or should I wear a business suit with a blazer...i am not a dressy person at all as a matter of fact I feel uncomfortable in black slacks to begin with which is why I ask for advice

The slacks and cardigan should be fine. Just make sure your tank top isn't low cut. That's just tacky.

When I go for interviews I wear smart pants black or beige and a nice smart blouse with no sleeves with a blazer or a plain vest top with a waist coat. I wear flats to walk about but change to heels just before I go into the interview lol. Good luck :)
