What is the best kind of resume for multiple jobs?

I have a degree in Criminal Justice and I am looking to apply for a job that is not associated with my degree. Without experience. I would like to apply for a sales position. What would be the best kind of resume to do and what should and shouldn't I include.

I don't necessarily believe in the theory of resume "types" so I can't really say it should be chronological, functional or combination, if that's the kind of answer you're seeking. Instead, all I can simply say is include, and highlight, whatever you feel would be most compelling to your intended target.

So if you are applying for a sales position, go through your entire list of qualifications (which may include sales or customer service experience, other experience, language skills, higher education, workplace training, product knowledge, and a variety of other things) and rank them in order of relevance to your targeted position and employer. Then when you design your resume, make sure to dedicate the prime space on your page to your most compelling qualifications. You may end up with a typical chronological resume, or perhaps a functional one, but I can't say what thee format should look like without knowing more about your background and your target.

I encourage you to take a look at some of the samples on my website for further ideas. Best of luck!

I'm 16, and i'm having trouble writing a resume, as I have no previous experience other that babysitting, volunteer work, and being the president of a school club. I know I should include those, but how should my resume look? Does anyone have any templates? Or could you just explain it to me?
