I am interested in three different jobs. Each job requires a resume, would i have to make 3 different resumes?

3 jobs: secretary, food service worker, and the other is working with children. Each require a resume.. now, would i have to make three different resumes for each job? Or should i just change the objective? Thing is.. all of the applications and resumes submitted for these jobs are all reviewed by the same lady.

yes, the objective in each resume should be different. Try to match the needs of the employer with the information you provide. This requires different wording and a bit of insight into the requirements of each of the jobs. If you do not know what is required, find out.

if they are all viewed by the same person,I would apply for all three jobs, but give her only ONE resume. If it was reviewed by 3 different people I would still give them each the same resume. I always put a general objective on mine, not specific.

The best thing to do might be to ask the lady what she prefers. If you use one resume for all three jobs, I would eliminate the objective altogether. Better to go without one than to include a meaningless, vague objective, I think.
