I am interested in three different jobs. Each job requires a resume, would i have to make 3 different resumes?

	I am interested in three different jobs. Each job requires a resume, would i have to make 3 different resumes? 3 jobs: secretary, food service worker, and the other is working with children. Each require a resume.. now, would i have to make three different resumes for each job? Or should i just change the objective? It is best to tailor each resume for the specific job , i would definately make 3 different ones , highlight the most pertinent information for the different jobs according to you experience , you dont want one resume for everything because it is too long and ends up looking like a book of your life story and that is not what the hiring manager wants to see. The best thing to do might be to ask the lady what she prefers. If you use one resume for all three jobs, I would eliminate the objective altogether. Yes, the objective in each resume should be different. Try to match the needs of the employer with the information you provide. If they are all viewed by the same person,I would apply for all three jobs,but give her only ONE resume. If it was reviewed by 3 different people I would still give them each the same resume. I always put a general objective on mine,not specific. Answered By: texasirishrose - 7/27/2009
