Why is this in Health Care? There are probably a thousand different sample resumes online. Spend some time on google and find one that fits what you are looking for. "A career" doesn't narrow things down too much, so you'll likely need to tailor your resume to fit the positions you are applying for. Where you find jobs will depend on what you want to do. At 22 with only 5 years of horseback riding experience, you may find work as a groom or workout rider if stables in your area need that type of person there. You would find work by networking.
