	Do you know any jobs that hire people with no work experience? I'm 18 and I'm searching for a job. I've applied to many, but no one wants to hire me due to my lack of job experience. Keep trying...Also Volunteering looks really good on a resume. it shows that you could work hard and very dedicated. Try out some small jobs and then work your way up. these days its hared for someone that has experience so I could imagine that you are having a really hard time. good luck Answered By: Brian - 1/16/2012

Construction jobs usually hire laborers with no experience. If your willing to work hard that's all they care about. We just hired a few laborers with no experience $16.00 an hour. If they work hard and are willing to stick it out they could end up learning a trade like welding, iron working, or millwright and end up making a lot more. Welders start out at $22.00 and $250.00 a week per diem. With experience possibly more. Our boom welders make $28.00 an hour and there is a lot of work for welders out there.
