2 days ago - 5 days left to answer. Additional Details 2 days ago Just have a curious question, are there many accounting jobs, i know theres many jobs if you have experience but what about fresh out of university? The reason i ask this question is some say there is some say there isnt because like 25?f university graduates are accounting majors, so its going be competitive right? Also why are universities allowed to say the job rate for accounting is like 85?hen that obviously isnt true right? Any comments appreciated.

Where can I look to find a part time accounting job in Houston? The local newspaper and job search engines don't list many legitimate part time jobs. I know of several people (not personally) that do accounting part time, which is what my background is in. I don't think that employment agencies usually have these types of jobs either. Any suggestions?

I'm looking for an accounting job mostly around Ohio, Michigan, western Pennsylvania, and western New York. I graduated from college in May with a BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) and a major of Accounting. I had a high GPA, but I have no professional experience. I've used Careerbuilder, Monster, some other job websites, and newspapers. Everyone in my family and all my friends know that I'm looking for a job.

I already have a BS in general business and I am right now completing the certificate in the accounting. I want to find an entry level accounting job while attending the classes in the evening so that I can get the needed experience in the accounting field. Please can you tell me what is the best way to start looking for an entry level accounting position and what are the best websites to search for those positions on the internet. I feel kind of lost. Thank you for your time and help.

I'm 22 years old, and I have a master's degree in accounting. However, I have no experience working in accounting. Don't tell me to get bookkeeper positions or things of that nature. They all require experience. Everything I've looked at requires at least one year of experience expect for staff accounting positions at public firms, which I have no chance of getting even though I finished school with a 3.75 gpa. So, what can I do to get an accounting job?

I have done chartered accountancy from India. I worked in Big 4 in india (3 years) and worked for 5 years in other countries in South Asia in auditing field. I would like to know what sort of job I tend to get if I move to Australia. How open are employers in giving job to migrants from South Asia who do not have Australian qualification and experience. As I apply for accounting job via email, I am not selected for the reason that I do not have specific work experience or education. In this background, could you suggest possibility of getting decent job if I migrate Australia. Thanking you.

I will be graduating this coming spring with a bachelor's degree in accounting. I was convicted with a felony assault charge in 2002. I was wondering if I will be able to find an accounting job when I can't pass a background check. Would changing my name make a difference? I've heard its illegal to run background checks with a social security number.
