I want to work on a cruise line, doing an admin job. I don't want to be a purser or anything that deals directly with customers(so please don't even bother suggesting purser) I want to work behind the scenes. Also I want to be able to atleast have one port of call off per week. Look forward to hearing your opinions.

Last year I took this job which wasn't what I wanted to do because it was a government job and I was thinking I can move to my dream job internally. After 1 year working there I realized that I cannot use my Computer Science education there since most jobs are admin jobs and plus I want to go back to the healthcare industry since I minored in Life Sciences and have been volunteering in hospitals since I was a kid. Basically I am pursuing my career goal right now.

I went to a mid level admin job interview at a recruitment firm and they took a digital photo, just of my face. They asked my verbal permission but I didn't have to sign any waivers or anything. I haven't been for an interview for about five years (when I got my current job) and this has never happened before, are they allowed to do this?

I´m doing a project for a debate class and need to find out what jobs there are in the Marine Corps reserves for women. I know that pretty much all of them are admin jobs but they vary by the state. I need to find out what opportunities there are in Oklahoma and surrounding states. I´ve talked to recruiters but the listings haven´t come out for this year and they don´t know for previous. Any information would be great, thank you.

I have applied for 3 jobs now on military camps for admin jobs through the civil service only to be told that my military experience along with my military qualifications gained are not recognised and therefore don't even get through the paper siv let alone to the interview stage. On reading the requirements it states that yts government experience meets their criteria and yet my 15 years clerical service in the military does not???

I would just really like to know how I would write a covering letter and CV for an admin job. The job is Reservations Agent in a hotel.
