 | I want to do Medical Administrative Assistant online, but very time I type in Medical Administrative Assistants jobs for my hometown (Oklahoma City) it always pops up with Medical Assistants; and that's not what I'm wanting. I want to know whats the differences between the two, and I would also want to know if Oklahoma expects Medical Administrative Assistant certificates? I don't want to waste time studying online if I'm not gonna be able to use my certificate in my home state... thanks.

 | I was offered administrative assistant job based in another state. I applied not knowing it was work from home. I did not have to pay and it does not come across as a scam. Is working from home a new legit job opportunity or are they all scams?

 | I'm rephrasing this question, will i BE ABLE to get a job later in my original field if i spend so much time as an administrative assistant?
I do rigging, i can only get so many jobs though.. There are seemingly no entry level jobs that are full time so i "free lance" so to speak. Does taking an administrative position screw my chances of ever doing what i went to college to do? I mean i'd work nine hours a day so i wouldn't have time to put into it as much.
I guess i could keep doing a few odd jobs on the side but i think i'd go a wall if i had to do them ALL the time... Originally all i wanted to do was write, and i am REALLY passionate about it i mean i would spend 15 hours a day doing that if i could. I just wanted something realisitic too.
No rude posts please because i dont care about anything else but writing

 | I turned in a job application last wednesday (9-7) for an administrative assistant job. i meet all qualifications.
they told me it would either be the end of last week, or today (9-12) before he'd start calling for interviews. Would today be too soon or too pushy to call and check on my app?
i've been job searching for two years, and would really really love this job. I want an interview.
Please someone let me know soon, if today is too soon or pushy.
Thanks

 | I found a add for an part time Administrative Assistant on craigslist, and the it seems like I meet the qualifications. But reading further into it, I feel like this job is for someone with a little more experience or certifications/degrees.
What is your opinion?

 | I am applying for an administrative assistant job where I would make about $23,500 a year. Is this an embarrassing job to accept for a college graduate? Or am I making the right move by taking an entry level job where I get some experience and contacts?
