I am applying to retail jobs around but right now, I don't have retail experience yet but I do have the skills to do the job. I provided support to library patrons, served as an Information clerk on election days, and I was a fundraiser handling cash. What would you say in the interview and what would your oral resume be?

I know a girl has been looking up personal info of the people she knows for her own gossip motives. She is using her position of access to these files to do this. She also didn»'t show up for work because she was hungover, and didn't let the hospital know, so they were short one person in the emergency because of her irresponsible behaviour.
If her superior knew this, would she get fired? And in theory, what does it take for a person to get fired in a hospital, if they only deal with patients status information ?
Do you mind giving me information about the different job roles in Mcdonalds with a short information about them? Also would it be ok if you can tell me how motivation works in Mcdonalds, like rewards etc in the business?

I don't want to get into it. A stranger is willing to send me money. I don't trust this person, but I want to. This person wants to wire me money from Western Union, to my bank account at Union Bank.
What information does this person need?
What are the risks of giving out that information?
Is there anything else I should be aware of?
Please, Only answer if you know what you're talking about. If you're just answering for the points, fine, just put something stupid, and I wont report you.
What can you accomplish from this information? How can you implement this into a productive work environment?

If someone has a social disorder like schizophrenia or a social anxiety, where could they work and what kind of support system will they probably need? Any site information could be helpful in getting her closer to a healthier living.
I'm 20 years old and was recently arrested for shoplifting and false name last month. I need a job, any job, real quick to help pay for legal fees and upcoming fines. I've got no prior official work experience. Are there any places/companies/positions that are more lenient or easier to get jobs as? Any recommendations?
This question is for my research paper. I need to know what jobs women are not allowed to pursue such as being in the front-line in war. Same goes for men, what jobs are they not allowed?
Note: this question pertains to jobs in America meaning please do not give me a job in a different country other than America
If the company has a vacation policy that the clerk knows to be illegal, is the clerk liable in any way. The clerk has told management about the illegal policy (a use-it-or-lose-it policy regarding vacation pay). The clerk processes payroll and calculates final pay.
If there is liability, what can/should be done to protect against a lawsuit?
If there isn't likely to be personal responsibility, can the person inform a former employee of their wages that were legally theirs? If they don't want to tell the employee but the employee asks them if it was legal, what can they say?
Good to know there is no personal liability. I was afraid that final pay calculation would mean it was the person's decision not to pay out the time off and therefore their call. (the time off has been called 'floating holidays' but is taken at the employee's discretion and with no restrictions - the state doesn't care what its called, its earned wages if its treated the same as vacation... there currently is no written policy on this, the company just decided to offer it and told everyone they had to use it or lose it.)
Going out of the way to inform an ex-employee would be a sticky situation and probably not worth the hassle. What if the employee asks about it? Does the clerk have to tell them?
I was offered administrative assistant job based in another state. I applied not knowing it was work from home. I did not have to pay and it does not come across as a scam. Is working from home a new legit job opportunity or are they all scams?
